Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, new collection launches, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because our products are custom made, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after processing:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or fulfillment location.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Moonveil Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders
